Simplifi is a new personal finance app designed by Quicken to make the mountain of trying to understand your personal finances into a short Tuscan hillside walk. With Simplifi, you can easily stay on top of your financial future with confidence!
Is Simplifi a mobile app?
While Simplifi is an entirely web-based program that can be accessed through a web browser, we offer a mobile app available on Google Play Store and the Apple Marketplace. Please note: we don’t currently offer an iPad native mobile app.
Can I use Simplifi anywhere?
Simplifi can be used anywhere in the U.S. If you’ve got access to the internet, you can connect to your account. Please note: if you’re traveling abroad, you may experience an issue signing into Simplifi until you return to the U.S.
Can I add bank accounts outside the U.S.?
Unfortunately, Simplifi is intended to only connect with U.S. financial institutions. Therefore, you will not be able to add any international account, including Canadian.
Do Simplifi support multiple currencies?
Although we'd love to support all currencies, Simplifi only offers the ability to connect to banks within the United States. Therefore, at this time, the program only supports the U.S. Dollar.
Do I have to have a subscription to use Simplifi?
Yes, you'll need to have an active subscription to use Simplifi. We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions; check out our plans and prices here!
How do I sign up for a free trial?
Periodically, we offer a free trial for Simplifi by Quicken! However, these offers are on a first-come, first-served basis and only apply to purchases made directly through Simplifi.
Is Simplifi included in my Quicken membership?
Unfortunately, no. While Quicken created Simplifi, they are two separate products. If you already have a Quicken membership and would like to give Simplifi a shot, you have a 30-day free trial to see if it’s the right choice for you! For more details, click here!
How do I know my data is secure?
The privacy and security of your financial data are a top priority for us. We securely transmit data from your bank servers using robust 256-bit encryption. The information downloaded from your financial institutions is confidential and used only to update your accounts.
Can I import data from other personal financial management tools?
Currently, we offer the ability to import CSV files from Mint, Personal Capital, Apple Card, or you can create your own CSV file using a template. The ability to import data from Quicken is forthcoming, so please stay tuned!
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you feel like Simplifi isn’t the right choice for you, you are more than welcome to cancel at any time. Click here for more details on canceling your Simplifi account, or, alternatively, you can contact one of our Coaches, who’d also be happy to assist. We appreciate you giving us a shot!
Can I get a refund?
We don’t currently offer refunds for month-to-month subscriptions. However, if you have a yearly subscription, you can request a refund up to 30 days after purchase. Please get in touch with our customer care team through the Help Center.
Does Simplifi offer a student or military discount?
Simplifi does not currently offer a student or military discount.
