What's Simplifi?

Simplifi is a new personal finance app designed by Quicken, to make the mountain of trying to understand your personal finances into a small Tuscan hillside walk. With Simplifi, you can easily stay on top of your financial future with confidence!

Is Simplifi a mobile app?

Simplifi has an app and it’s available for on the Google Play Store and the Apple Marketplace for your mobile device!

Can I use Simplifi anywhere?

If you can connect to the internet, you can access your Simplifi!

Can I add bank accounts outside the U.S?

Unfortunately, Simplifi is intended to connect with U.S banks and financial institutions. You will not be able to add any type of international account, including Canada.

Do I have to have a subscription to use Simplifi?

Simplifi is a subscription service but we do offer a 30-day free trial to see if Simplifi is the right choice for you! We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions, check out our plans and prices here!

How do I sign up for a free trial?

Once you download the app or visit our website, create a profile with us, select the plan you’d be interested in after the 30-day trial, and voilà, start your 30-Day free trial!

Is Simplifi included in my Quicken membership?

Unfortunately, no. While Simplifi was created by Quicken, they are two different products. If you already have a Quicken membership and would like to give Simplifi a shot, you have a 30-day free trial to see if it's the right choice for you! For more detail, click here!

How do I know my data's secure?

The privacy and security of your financial data is a top priority for us. We securely transmit data from your bank servers using robust 256-bit encryption. The information downloaded from your banks is confidential and used only to update your accounts.

Can I import data from other personal financial management tools into Simplifi?

Currently, we don't have any features to import your financial data from other platforms or services but we're always adding new features so stay tuned!

How do I cancel my subscription?
