What’s Simplifi?

Simplifi is a personal finance app designed by Quicken to make the mountain of trying to understand your personal finances into a short Tuscan hillside stroll. With Simplifi, you can easily stay on top of your financial future with absolute confidence!

Can I add my Quicken data into Simplifi?

Even though Simplifi was created by Quicken, there is not a feature that allows you to automatically share your Simplifi data with Quicken & vice versa.

Can I get a refund?

We don’t currently offer refunds for month-to-month subscriptions. However, if you have a yearly subscription, you can request a refund up to 30 days after purchase. Please get in touch with our customer care team through the Help Center. For more information on our refund policy, click here.

Is Simplifi a mobile app?

Simplifi is a web-based program that’s accessed through a website, but we do offer a mobile app that you can use without ever having to log into our website. It’s available on Google Play Store and the Apple Marketplace.

Note: We currently don't offer an iPad native mobile app.

Can I use Simplifi anywhere?

Simplifi can be used anywhere in the U.S. If you’ve got access to the internet, you can connect to your account.

Note: If you’re traveling abroad, for your security, you may experience an issue signing into Simplifi until you return to the U.S. You may also experience login issues if you're connected to a VPN (virtual private network).

Can I share my Simplifi data with someone else?

Simplifi now proudly offers Space Sharing! With Space Sharing, you can share your finances with loved ones or other individuals, without having to share your login credentials for Simplifi. For more on Space Sharing, click here!

Can I add bank accounts outside the U.S.?

Simplifi is intended to only connect with U.S. banks. You will not be able to add any international accounts, including Canadian bank accounts.

Does Simplifi support multiple currencies?

Although we’d love to support all currencies, we currently only support the U.S. Dollar.

Do I have to have a subscription to use Simplifi?

Yes, you'll need to have an active subscription to use Simplifi. We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions; check out our plans and prices here!

How do I sign up for a free trial?

We only offer a 30-day free trial when you sign up for a yearly subscription. We don’t offer a 30-day free trial for monthly subscriptions, although you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Your 30-day free trial starts on the day you sign up for Simplifi.

Is Simplifi included in my Quicken subscription?

Even though Quicken created Simplifi, it is a separate product and isn’t included in your Quicken subscription. If you already have a Quicken subscription and would like to give Simplifi a shot, click here!

How do I know my data is secure?

The privacy and security of your financial data are a top priority for us. We securely transmit data from your bank servers using robust 256-bit encryption. The information downloaded from your financial institutions is confidential and used only to update your accounts.

Can I import data from other personal financial management tools?

Currently, we offer the ability to import CSV files from Mint, Personal Capital, Apple Card, or you can create your own CSV file using a template. The ability to import data from Quicken is forthcoming, so please stay tuned!

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you feel like Simplifi isn’t the right choice for you, you are more than welcome to cancel at any time. Click here for more details on canceling your Simplifi account, or, alternatively, you can contact one of our Coaches, who’d also be happy to assist. We appreciate you giving us a shot!

What happens to my data after I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, your data is still stored within our servers so if you decide to sign back up, you can start from where you left off.


Can I have my data deleted after I cancel my subscription?

If you do not want to have your financial data stored for later use, you can contact one of our product coaches to help you get your data deleted!

Does Simplifi offer a student or military discount?

Simplifi does not currently offer a student or military discount.
