Overview
Quicken Simplifi strives to keep things as easy and as customizable as possible, and this includes having the ability to edit your Bank Account Names, Account Types, as well as your Financial Institution Names.
Edit Bank Account Name
Hover over the panel on the left-hand side and select Settings.
Select Accounts.
Locate the Account you'd like to edit and click the three dots at the end of it.
Select Edit account.
Enter the desired Name.
Click Update when done.
You can also edit your Bank Account Names from the Account directly:
Hover over the panel on the left-hand side and select Transactions.
Select the Account you'd like to edit.
Hover over the Account Name in the upper left and then click the edit pencil.
Type in the new Account Name and click Enter when done.
Edit Bank Account Type
Hover over the panel on the left-hand side and select Settings.
Select Accounts.
Locate the Account you'd like to edit and click the three dots at the end of it.
Select Edit account.
Select the desired Type.
Click Update when done.
Edit Financial Institution Name
Hover over the panel on the left-hand side and select Settings.
Select Accounts.
Locate the Financial Institution you'd like to edit and click the three dots at the end of it.
Select Edit institution.
Enter the desired Name.
Click Update when done.
