Overview

One of the key benefits of Simplifi is the ability to create recurring transactions to help you stay on top of your bills. But that’s not all! Simplifi can also project what your account balances will be before and after, based on the recurring transactions you’ve created. 

We like to make things simple, so we’ve added the ability to manage Recurring Bills and Income through the Mobile App.

Create a Recurring Transaction from an Existing Transaction

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Settings and then Recurring Series.
  3. Click the blue plus (+) button in the bottom right.
  4. Use the Search bar to locate the transaction you'd like to make Recurring, and then select it.
  5. Simplifi will create a monthly Recurring Transaction using the Date, Payee, and Amount of the selected transaction.
  6. If you need to make changes to the pre-filled data, you may do so by selecting EDIT in the upper-right corner, making the changes, and then selecting SAVE when done.

Create a Manual Recurring Transaction

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Settings and then Recurring Series.
  3. Click the blue plus (+) button in the bottom right.
  4. Select Couldn't find? Add Manually, located at the bottom of the Add a Bill screen.
  5. Fill out all of the information in the Create Series screen.
  6. Click SAVE when done.

Edit an Existing Recurring Transaction

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Settings and then Recurring Series.
  3. Locate the Recurring Transaction you'd like to edit and click on it.
  4. Select EDIT in the upper-right corner, then make the necessary changes.
  5. Click SAVE when done.

End or Delete a Recurring Transaction

There may be times when you need to end a Recurring Transaction, such as a loan that you've paid off, and there may be times when you'd like to delete a Recurring Transaction entirely. End Series and Delete Series provides you with all of the flexibility that you may need when it comes to managing your Recurring Bills and Income.

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Settings and then Recurring Series.
  3. Locate the Recurring Transaction you'd like to end or delete and click on it.
  4. Select EDIT in the upper-right corner.
  5. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and select End Series or Delete Series, whichever applies.
  6. Confirm that you'd like to end or delete the Recurring Transaction by selecting End Series or Delete, whichever applies.
