Overview

One of the key benefits of Simplifi is the ability to create recurring transactions to help you stay on top of your bills. But that’s not all! Simplifi can also project what your account balances will be before and after based on the recurring transactions you’ve created. 

We like to make things simple, so we’ve added the ability to create recurring bills and income transactions through the mobile app.

Create Recurring Transaction From Existing Transactions

  1. Click the menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Settings and then Recurring Series.
  3. Click the blue Plus (+) button near the bottom of the screen.

4. Use the search box to locate the transaction you wish to make Recurring.
5. Select the transaction. Simplifi will create a monthly recurring transaction for that Payee, Date, and Amount.
6. If you need to make adjustments to the pre-filled data, click the Edit button at the top right corner.

Create a Manual Recurring Transaction 

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Manage and then Recurring.
  3. Click the blue Plus (+) button near the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select Add Manually

5. Complete all required fields in the Create Series area.
6. Click Save when you're ready to create your recurring transaction.

Editing an Existing Recurring Transaction

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
  2. Select Manage and then Recurring.
  3. Scroll through to locate the transaction you'd like to edit and click on it to open the transaction view.
  4. Click the EDIT button at the top right corner and update the fields as needed.
  5. Once you're satisfied with your changes, just click the word SAVE that appears in the upper right corner.
