The Simplifi mobile app gives you the freedom to keep up-to-date with your finances on the go and getting to know how your Dashboard works can help make it an even simpler process.
The six key components that we will be looking at are your Dashboard tiles, how to Customize your Dashboard, the Menu, your Profile, how to access our Help Center, and how to access your Settings.
Most of Simplifi’s functions can be accessed easily just by tapping on the Dashboard Tiles. At the top of the screen are the Account Summary tiles, which give you an overview of the status of your accounts, including Banking, Investments, and your Net Worth. Swipe left to view each of them, and then tap on each Tile to get more detailed information.
If you have any notifications, such as a recurring income or expenses, they'll be displayed above your Account Summary tiles on the Dashboard screen.
NOTE: You can dismiss the notifications by swiping left or right on the notification.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR DASHBOARD:
You can customize your Dashboard by rearranging the items displayed, as well as by hiding items that you don't want to see. To do so, you'll want to select the Menu icon (three lines) in the upper left corner, and then select Settings, and Customize Dashboard.
Here, you'll see that you can grab your Dashboard items and move them around, as well as hide them from view, so that your Dashboard is exactly how you want it!
From the Menu, you’ll be able to navigate through the rest of the app to access our other features. To access your Menu, click on the icon on the top left side of the app and the menu will open showing your other features.
To access your profile, tap the Profile icon at the upper right to make changes to your Simplifi account information, including your name, password, and biometrics. You can also use the Profile page to sign out of Simplifi if you need to disconnect.
In our help center, you are able to access our FAQs, schedule an appointment with our Product Development team, or contact one of our Customer Coaches if you need assistance. You can access our help center by either:
Clicking on the Menu Icon and navigating to the Help tab towards the bottom of the menu.
Or click on the Profile icon on the top right side of the Dashboard screen.
In your Settings, you’ll have the ability to add, delete, or modify your recurring transactions, categories, and tags. You’ll also be able to add or remove your banks and modify how you see your notifications.
You can access your settings by clicking on the Menu icon on the top left side of the Dashboard screen and navigating to the Setting tab towards the bottom of the screen.
