Having the ability to review your finances over a period of time is a great way to understand your spending habits and make plans for the future. Well, look no further!

In our Reports tab, you’ll be able to review your spending and income by a payee’s name, category, or even a tag, and even have a monthly summary to help you keep your finances under control.

How to get to your Reports

To get to the Reports tab, navigate your mouse to the left side of the screen to have the menu pop up and click on Reports.


In your reports, you'll have the ability to sort and what kind of historical information you want to review, and using your different filter options can help simplify your view.

Within the Breakdown filter, you can select if you want to look at your payees, categories, tags, or nothing at all.

With our Date Range option, we offer a fair amount of date ranges to review your historical data.

If you're looking to be a bit more specific when going through your data, use your Filters for a more detailed search!

Types of Reports

Simplifi offers a variety of reports, depending on what you're looking for!

Spending Reports

With your Spending reports, you’ll be able to see where your money is going and what you're spending money on. With your filters, you can drill down into your spending.

Income Reports

With your Income reports, you’ll have access to all the available features in your Spending Reports to breakdown your income.

With your Net Income report, you can monitor your net income from previous months to what your current income is today.


Watch your savings grow with your Savings report. Keep an eye on your savings over time and watch your savings grow.

Monthly Summary

Wanted to know what your finances look like at the end of the month? Well, look no further and behold, your Monthly Summary! Take a look at your top categories and payees and compare and contrast your total expenses and income from the previous month!
