Overview
Here at Simplifi, we like to give you all of the customizing abilities possible! In this article, we'll go over how to customize your Bank Account Names, Account Types, as well as your Financial Institution Names, all from the Simplifi Mobile App.
Edit Bank Account Name
Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
Select Settings and then Accounts.
Locate the Account you'd like to edit and click the three dots at the end of it.
Select Edit Account.
Enter the desired Account Name.
Click Update when done.
Edit Bank Account Type
Note: A spending-type account can only be changed to another spending account type, and an investing-type account can only be changed to another investing account type.
Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
Select Settings and then Accounts.
Locate the Account you'd like to edit and click the three dots at the end of it.
Select Edit Account.
Click on the Type field and select the desired Account Type.
Click Update when done.
Edit Financial Institution Name
Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).
Select Settings and then Accounts.
Locate the Financial Institution you'd like to edit and click the three dots at the end of it.
Select Edit institution.
Enter the desired Institution Name.
Click Update when done.
