Overview

Simplifi's Bill Connect feature makes tracking your bills easy! You can connect to your various Billers to receive updated due dates and amounts every time a bill becomes available. Your Reminders will even update so that you know exactly what's due and when!

Note: Some Bill Connect features are only available when enabled from the Simplifi Web App.

Connecting to a Biller

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).

  2. Select Settings and then Recurring Series.

  3. Locate the Recurring Series that you'd like to link and click the three dots at the end of it.

  4. Select Connect Biller.

  5. If your Biller is already shown, you can click on the image to select it, or just begin typing the name of the Biller into the Search bar to let Simplifi find it.

  6. Enter the User ID and Password that you use to sign in to your Biller's website, then click Link Account.

Disconnecting From a Biller

  1. Click the Menu icon (the three lines in the upper left corner).

  2. Select Settings and then Recurring Series.

  3. Locate the Recurring Series that you'd like to unlink and click the three dots at the end of it.

  4. Select Disconnect Biller.

  5. Click Disconnect to confirm.

Note: To select whether to have your Reminders update with the Bill Amount and Due Date that's provided by the Biller, or to keep the Bill Amount and Due Date that was entered during the original Recurring Series setup, please see the steps that are available in this Article to enable these options from the Simplifi Web App.
