Overview

Whether you selected a monthly or annual subscription, Simplifi offers the ability to switch between plans at any time. However, depending on where you started your Subscription, the steps to switching between plans vary.

Note: You must make subscription changes at least one day before the current expiration date to ensure updates occur in the next billing cycle.

Instructions

Below you’ll find the steps to change your plans. Be sure to follow the appropriate actions based on where you started your Subscription:

Simplifi Website

  1. Sign in to your Simplifi account through a web browser.

  2. Click the Profile icon on the bottom left of the screen.

  3. Then, click My Account.

  4. In the section marked Subscription, click Manage.

  5. Under your Simplifi Subscription, select Manage Subscription.

  6. Click Change Plan.

  7. Select your preferred plan.

As long as your changes are made at least one day before the current expiration date, they will apply to your next billing cycle. We will apply any changes made later to the following billing cycle.


Apple App Store

Follow these steps on your mobile device:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

  3. Tap the Subscription that you want to manage.

  4. Select your preferred plan.

  5. Confirm changes to save.

The start date of the new subscription plan should show directly under the plan selected. As long as your changes are made at least one day before the current expiration date, they will apply to your next billing cycle.


Google Play Store

  1. First, open the Google Play Store.

  2. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account (the one with the Subscription!)

  3. Tap Menu, then Payments & Subscriptions.

  4. Select Subscriptions.

  5. Select your Simplifi Subscription.

  6. Tap Cancel subscription.

  7. Follow the instructions.

Once your current Subscription expires, you’ll be prompted to resubscribe upon your next sign-in attempt. At that time, you’ll be able to select the new preferred plan.
