If you've recently updated your login information with one of your banks, you'll want to be sure to also update this information in Simplifi to ensure that you can continue to download transactions.

The easiest way to go about this would be to wait until the first successful account refresh after updating your login information, as Simplifi should automatically prompt you to update your credentials.

However, if you've already completed an account refresh in Simplifi after updating your login information and you'd like to manually update the information in Simplifi instead, you'll want to reset the account connections for the financial institution and enter your new login information when prompted.
