Overview

With the Investing Performance Over Time feature, you can easily track the TWR (time-weighted rate of return) and the IRR (internal rate of return) for your investments! TWR measures the compounded rate of return for your investments over time and does not take cash moving in and out of the account into consideration. IRR measures the return between two dates and does take cash moving in and out of the account into consideration.

Note: Performance values depend on the successful aggregation of your accounts and holdings, as well as the accuracy of your Investment Transactions.

Using Performance Over Time

You can access the Investing Performance Over Time feature by selecting Investments from the left-hand navigation bar, and then selecting the Performance tab.

You can filter the Performance tab to individual accounts, or you can view All Accounts. You can also filter to a specific date range anywhere between 30 days up to a custom range of your choosing. To the upper right of the graph, you'll see the option to view TWR or IRR, and you'll also see that TWR has a couple of different viewing options for the graph.
