Quicken Simplifi is a personal finance app designed by Quicken to make the mountain of trying to understand your personal finances into a short Tuscan hillside stroll.

With Quicken Simplifi, you can easily stay on top of your financial future with absolute confidence!

Can I add my Quicken data into Quicken Simplifi?

Even though Quicken Simplifi was created by Quicken, there is not a feature that allows you to automatically share your Quicken Simplifi data with Quicken & vice versa.

Can I get a refund?

Is Quicken Simplifi a mobile app?

Quicken Simplifi is a web-based program that’s accessed through a website, but we do offer a mobile app that you can use without ever having to log into our website! It’s available on Google Play Store and the Apple Marketplace.

We currently don't offer an iPad native mobile app.

Can I use Quicken Simplifi anywhere?

Quicken Simplifi can be used anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. If you’ve got access to the internet, you can connect to your account.

Note: If you’re traveling abroad, for your security, you may experience difficulties signing into Quicken Simplifi until you return to the U.S. or Canada. You may also experience login issues if you're connected to a VPN (virtual private network).

Can I share my Quicken Simplifi data with someone else?

Quicken Simplifi now proudly offers Space Sharing! With Space Sharing, you can share your finances with loved ones or other individuals, without having to share your login credentials for Quicken Simplifi. For more on Space Sharing, click here!

Can I add non-U.S. bank accounts in Quicken Simplifi?

Quicken Simplifi is intended to only connect with U.S and Canadian bank accounts. You will not be able to add any non U.S. or Canadian bank accounts into Quicken Simplifi.

Note: If you are signed into Quicken Simplifi on our mobile app prior to leaving the U.S. or Canada, you may still be able access Quicken Simplifi on the mobile app.

Does Quicken Simplifi support multiple currencies?

Although we would love to support multiple currencies, we currently only support the U.S. Dollar or the Canadian Dollar at this time.

Note: Note: Quicken Simplifi will only support one currency at a time. Adding a U.S bank account and a Canadian bank account or adding an account with both currency types may cause balance discrepancies.

Do I have to have a subscription to use Quicken Simplifi?

Yes, you'll need to have an active subscription to use Quicken Simplifi. We offer annual subscriptions; check out our plans and prices here!

Is Quicken Simplifi included in my Quicken subscription?

Even though Quicken created Quicken Simplifi, it is a separate product and isn’t included in your Quicken subscription. If you already have a Quicken subscription and would like to give Quicken Simplifi a shot, click here!

How do I know my data is secure?

The privacy and security of your financial data are a top priority for us. We securely transmit data from your bank servers using robust 256-bit encryption. The information downloaded from your financial institutions is confidential and used only to update your accounts.

Can I import data from other personal financial management tools?

Currently, we offer the ability to import CSV files from Mint, Personal Capital, Apple Card, or you can create your own CSV file using a template. The ability to import data from Quicken is forthcoming, so please stay tuned!

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you feel like Quicken Simplifi isn’t the right choice for you, you are more than welcome to cancel at any time. What happens to my data after I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription, your data is still stored within our servers so if you decide to sign back up, you can start from where you left off.

To avoid having your data stored, delete your bank accounts from Quicken Simplifi prior to canceling your subscription.


Can my data be deleted after I cancel my subscription?

If you do not want to have your financial data stored for later use, simply delete your bank accounts from Quicken Simplifi and your data will not be stored. Does Quicken Simplifi offer a student or military discount?

Quicken Simplifi does not currently offer a student or military discount.
