There are a few different reasons why a payment fails, such as expired cards, insufficient funds, invalid payment information, etc. Regardless of the cause, Quicken Simplifi will not make a second attempt once a payment fails.
If your subscription expired within the last 15 days, you could resume your subscription by following these steps:
Sign in to the My Account page at https://www.quicken.com/my-account.
Select Manage under Subscriptions.
Under the section marked Quicken Simplifi, select Renew Now or Reactivate subscription.
Select your preferred plan, Monthly or Annual, to continue.
If your subscription expired for more than 15 days, you'd need to resubscribe by following these steps:
Visit https://www.quicken.com/simplifi/ and click Login In.
Select your preferred plan.
Enter your billing details and click Submit Order.
