Overview

If you need to exclude an entire account from Reports or the Spending Plan, Quicken Simplifi has got you covered! You can easily exclude accounts from either or both locations, allowing you to focus on just the accounts and transactions you'd like to include.

Exclude an Account

Please note that excluding accounts from Reports will automatically exclude them from Watchlists as well.

Note: Excluding an account from Reports will not exclude it from the Net Worth Report. This is because the Net Worth Report uses balances instead of transactions, and excluding an account excludes the transactions. If you'd like to exclude an account from the Net Worth Report, you may do so by using the Account Filter options. More info is available here!

  1. Hover over the panel on the left-hand side and select Settings.

  2. Select Accounts.

  3. Locate the account you'd like to exclude and click the three dots at the end of it.

  4. Select Exclude from Spending Plan or Exclude from Reports, whichever applies.
