While we may not have been what you were looking for, we want to thank you for giving us a shot! How you cancel depends on where you purchased Simplifi. If you're using the mobile app, your purchase may have started through an App Store, so be sure to follow the appropriate App Store instructions below:

If you signed up through Simplifi directly:

  1. Sign in to your Simplifi account through a web browser.
  2. Click the Profile icon on the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Then, click My Account.
  4. In the section marked Membership & Subscription, click Manage.
  5. Select Cancel Renewal.

Important: If you don't have the Cancel Renewal option, your subscription was established through the app store. Scroll down for instructions on how to cancel through either Google Play or Apple Store.

6. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel My Subscription.

7. (Optional) Complete cancellation survey and click Done to submit feedback, or select Back to My Account at the bottom of the survey.

Simplifi will automatically cancel your subscription as of your expiration date. You'll have access to Simplifi until your subscription expires.


If you signed up through the Apple App Store on your Phone:

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. 
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

Note: If you don't see "Subscriptions" in the Settings app, tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. Sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.


If you signed up through Google Play Store on your Phone:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account (the one with the subscription!)
  3. Tap Menu, then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

To get a refund for Simplifi

We don't currently offer refunds for month-to-month subscriptions. If you have a yearly subscription, you have up to 30 days after purchase to cancel your subscription and request a refund. Please contact our customer care team through the blue chat box to request a refund.
