From experiencing an issue connecting to one of your banks, to asking a basic question on how something in the program works, or even for assistance with your first-time setup, Simplifi's amazing Coaches have got you covered!

From the Web App

You can access Simplifi Support directly from the Simplifi Web App by hovering over the panel on the left-hand side and selecting Help Center:

From the Mobile App

You can access Simplifi Support directly from the Simplifi Mobile App by selecting Help from the Menu icon, located to the upper left of the Dashboard, or by selecting Help Center from the Profile icon, located to the upper right of the Dashboard:

From the Help Site

You can also easily access Simplifi Support straight from our Help Site by selecting the blue Chat icon located in the bottom right of the screen:
