From experiencing an issue connecting to one of your banks to asking a question on how something in the program works, or even for assistance with your first-time setup, Simplifi's amazing Coaches have got you covered!

Our Coaches are available seven days a week from 8 am - 5 pm PST via Chat Support. You're welcome to message us outside of support hours, and we'll follow up as soon as we return. Be sure to include your email address for email notifications!

Phone Support is only available Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm PST. You can speak with an agent via phone by entering your phone number and selecting the "Call Me" option in the Help Menu. If a Coach isn't available, you'll be asked to leave a voicemail, and one will call you back as soon as possible.

You can access Simplifi Support directly from the Simplifi Web App by hovering over the panel on the left-hand side and selecting Help Center:

Accessing Support through the Mobile App

You can access Simplifi Support directly from the Simplifi Mobile App by selecting Help from the Menu icon, located to the upper left of the Dashboard, or by selecting Help Center from the Profile icon, located to the upper right of the Dashboard:

About the Simplifi Community

The Simplifi Community is another great resource!
