How to Contact Support

There are a few different ways you can easily contact our Support Team!

Access Support through the Web App

You can access Simplifi Support directly from the Simplifi Web App by hovering over the panel on the left-hand side and selecting Help Center:

Access Support through the Mobile App

You can access Simplifi Support directly from the Simplifi Mobile App by selecting Help from the Menu icon located at the upper left of the Dashboard, or by selecting Help Center from the Profile icon located at the upper right of the Dashboard:

You can also easily access Simplifi Support straight from our Help Site by selecting the blue Chat icon located in the bottom right of the screen:

Support Options & Hours

Simplifi currently offers Chat, Phone, and Community Support. Our Support hours are seven days a week from 5 am - 5 pm PST.

Although we don't offer a direct phone number for Phone Support, you can speak with a Support Agent by entering your phone number and selecting "Call Me" from the Help Center widget. If a Coach isn't available, you'll be asked to leave a voicemail and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

For Chat Support, you can reach out to us at any time, and if it's outside of our Support hours, we'll follow up with you as soon as we return. You'll be able to access replies to your inquiries, as well as previous interactions with our Support Team by selecting "See all your conversations" from the Help Center widget.

The Simplifi Community is another excellent resource! Here, you can receive User-to-User help, make feature requests, provide feedback to the Simplifi Team, follow Alerts for known issues, and work with some of Simplifi's Coaches. You can access our wonderful Community by clicking here! The Simplifi Community is available 24/7.
